What BiteDeck is

BiteDeck is an iPhone app for personal nutrition, body composition, and fitness tracking. It is not medical advice, it is not a weight-loss prescription, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or therapist. The Coach is an AI assistant for general guidance — not a clinician.

Not medical advice

Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or fasting practice, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a history of disordered eating, are managing a chronic condition, or take medications that interact with fasting or macro changes. BiteDeck shows caution prompts in relevant flows; the responsibility for your health is still yours.

Your data

Your logs live on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the complete picture. You own your data and can export or erase it at any time.

App Store

BiteDeck is distributed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's standard terms for app downloads and in-app purchases. Any subscription is billed by Apple; refunds go through Apple.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the app changes. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
